If your Cozmo / Vector doesn't give long playtime as it's supposed to or turns off after a few minutes or seconds then it's time to replace the battery.
If you have any other problems with your robot you can message with details about it. You will be given the quotation for parts (if needed) and repairing service.
After buying the service you will be given the address to send your Cozmo/ Vector if it needs a battery. You will have to use a tracked service to send your robot. Its battery will be replaced with a high quality battery within the day and shipped the next day with tracked delivery.
The amount you pay includes: New battery price + replacement Service + sending it back to you.
[You don't need to send any other accessories. Your robot’s stored data will remain the same. So nothing will be changed]
