We currently ship to:

  • United Kingdom (UK mainland & Northern Ireland)

  • European Union (EU) countries

  • Selected international destinations

🕒 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another with tracking details once dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or courier delays.

📦 Tracked Shipping

All orders are shipped via tracked delivery. You’ll receive tracking details by email or SMS once your parcel is dispatched.

📬 Missed / Delayed Deliveries

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time:

  1. Check your tracking link for updates.

  2. Contact the courier directly.

  3. Or email us and we’ll assist right away.

🔁 Returned or Undeliverable Parcels

If your parcel is returned to us due to:

  • An incomplete/incorrect address

  • Repeated delivery attempts with no response

We’ll deduct the original shipping cost from your refund or charge a re-delivery fee.

⚠️ Customs & Import Fees (Outside UK)

For international orders outside the UK:

  • You are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees.

  • We do not cover delays caused by customs clearance processes.
