Refund policy

We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions.
Do not send items back without requesting a return first—they will not be accepted.

**Damaged or Faulty Items**

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is defective

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product was damaged during transit

We will evaluate the issue and offer a full refund or replacement.


**Non-Returnable Items**

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)

  • Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

  • Gift cards or items marked as sale/clearance

**Exchanges**

To receive a different item quickly, return your item first. Once it is accepted, place a new order for the product you want.


**European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period**

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
The item must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and proof of purchase must be provided.


**Refunds**

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: banks and card companies may take additional time to process refunds.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us.


**Additional Return Terms**

  • If the item is faulty, we offer free returns and full refunds or replacements.

  • If a parcel is returned due to an incomplete address or incorrect details, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

  • Always contact us before returning an item—many issues are resolved at this stage.

  • Ensure returned items are securely packed with all original packaging.

  • If you're using your own courier, please use a tracked service.

  • If the item is not faulty, the buyer is responsible for return postage.

  • Brand-new items must be sealed or wrapped as originally sent, unless faulty.


**Warranty for Specific Products**

  • All brand-new items come with a manufacturer’s warranty. For warranty-related issues, please contact the respective company.

  • Anki Cozmo and Vector robots include a 1-year warranty through Chys Thijarah.

  • Issues caused by the buyer (e.g. internal damage, software misuse, or physical damage) are not covered.
